Skip Waste Recycling

If you are having building work done at your home then you may have hired a skip. However, skip waste recycling is something that you should think about for when the skip is full.

It is vital that you keep your skip safe while it is near your property. You can do this by:

  • Keeping your skip on your driveway if you can, rather than out on the road. This means it is less likely that somebody will accidentally drive into it.
  • Use a skip cover. This means that children and animals will be unable to injure themselves, and it can also help to stop other people from throwing things into your skip that shouldn’t be there.
  • Have your skip emptied/changed regularly. If you leave your skip lying around, there is more likely to be a problem. So, instead, you should have it collected as soon as it is full, or even before that if you don’t think that you are going to be doing any more work on it over the next few days.

If you need help with skip waste recycling, or you need to access the equipment to dispose of it, we can help you. Just give us a call and let us know what you need, and we will be with you every step of the way.
